Set the matching dictionary at the time when the email is sent (and the final pre-send spell check is activated)

I just wanted to ask if there is also a way to set the matching dictionary at the time when the eMail is sent (and the final pre-send spell check is activated). Since I normally do not "check as you type" but more "check before you send", it would be nice to have that, too.
