Add VoD playback

You should be able to watch recorded streams, or VoDs.

I just tried this with the existing build flag (VOD_ENABLED) and found out that it seems to be working. When this issue was created, I temporarily gave up on the VoD feature, as for some reason the Twitch stream would not play in Sila, nor in visionOS Safari. It seems that has been fixed now; it must have been on Twitch's side.
