Phathom page not working?

It seems I cannot bring up the https://github.com/agnostic-apollo/Android-Docs/blob/master/en/docs/apps/processes/phantom-cached-and-empty-processes.md page. It shows for a second and then I get a blank page (using a Chromebook)
It's working fine on chrome on android and chrome/firefox on pc. It's a github page, not in my control for whether it works in chromebook or not. Chrome often has issues with opening large pages on Android and they get stuck and they do eventually sometimes load after waiting for a long while, especially on old devices with less RAM, that could be the issue. Try opening in Firefox.
Ok, weird! Straight Chrome on Chrome OS. I've never had this before on GitHub. I'll try another browser. Thanks for responding.
Welcome. There are many references to it online, been happening for many years now since around v60 for chrome on android.
