Picker arrow incorrectly positioned

Picker arrow starts in the course picker panel (correct), but then skips the assignment picker.

Also, assignment picker has an arrow in the title "=>signment" in both student and instructor modes.

Thanks for reporting! These are both fixed already. One is in pull request #6, the other is fixed in the grade-interface branch.
