New Namco Logo

Namco Bandai is changing their logo, and they want it in the "Partners" section of www.agoragames.com. Before integrating the new logo, a couple changes need to be made to it:

1. We need to change it from black to white, to fit the rest of the agoragames.com theme.
2. The file needs to be converted from eps format to svg format.

@jletourneau, since I can't attach eps files to Github issues, I've emailed you the new logo. Please let me know if you don't get it or if there are any issues with it.
