It says "An error occurred! Restarting VS Code may solve the issue. ....".It doesn't solve even after re-installing it couple of times.

This occurs is very frequently. I have tried reloading it,re-installing it couple of times and also tried restarting the VS code as well.
It doesn't get better.
Sometimes it gets fixed without any prior actions.
Maybe after I restarted my PC it is fine or Suddenly it is fine(There is no fixed action) .
There is no fixed way to fix it.
I would like you guys to work on this and tell me a way to avoid this problem permanently.
