I always spend a lot time running the first testcase

When I run the first testcase, it always cost over 500ms or more, while the same second testcase run withn 100ms. If I run the testcases seperately, they both finish over 500ms. Sometimes it will lead to timelimit exceed. I guest that my cpu is ultra7-155h and it is too new for cph?
