VS Code Version: 1.88.1

Browser Version: Microsoft Edge 127.0.2651.74

Operating System: Windows 11 23H2 64bit

For the same code and testcase, the Expected Output is same as Received Output but cph show it failed. If you run it again cph shou it passed. These things often happen when I add more testcase.

I must click Run Again to make it show Passed. If I click Run All and no Run All has been clicked, it still show Failed, until I click Run Again for once then it will show Passed with Run All clicked.
