Stream/lake linework and stations missing

The stream lines and lakes polygons are missing, which is preventing us from creating a new station and/or the ability to select a line and tie it to the station. This functionality was present and working on Tuesday (12/31). This is preventing us from being able to do further testing. Also, stations that we submitted last week (12/31) aren't showing up either.

This issue has been resolved. This issue was likely tied to the server being turned off or something along those lines, and is a result of the tickle down issues relating to the Collar database/server.
