Clear selection on new selection

If I click around on parcels they select and I get attributes, then if I do a parcel search the previously selected parcel stays highlighted

This issue also happens in the oposite workflow direction where I search a parcel ID, it highlights but if I click on other parcels the previous selection stays highlighted
