Unit test for BreakingBadQuote + CatFaces, also example of complex response

A bit later today, I'll add in Unit tests for BreakingBadQuotes and CatFacts, and include an example of how to handle a complex JSON response from one of the services.

This will add a new folder under tests called sampleResponses to house example Json responses, and should be a pattern others could follow to more easily model a complex json response without too much boilerplate.
