put website in top-right

First of all: kudos for seq66, really liking it.
Seq24 was already good, but this really raises it to a great midi studio (kudos for the event editor).

small request: can you put https://ahlstromcj.github.io as the website in the top-right section of this github repo-page?

REASON: it's a common place for endusers to click for more info/website e.g.

Done. It's not a great website, though. A full user/reference manual is available from Help, plus other information elements such as keystrokes.
