Why is there no compiled file?

I'm missing a compiled file just with the pure css... Of course I could do it with grunt but when I will install it again in another project I have to do that again?

I pushed the compiled CSS files in this last commit cca4381 in case you want to use it directly.

If you want to work on the source and modify the Sass code, running it with grunt or integrating it with your Sass workflow is the way to go.
