iana status codes registry has changed

The iana status codes registry is no longer hyperlinkable using a hash.

The URL http://www.iana.org/assignments/http-status-codes# which is used in this library has a redirect to https://www.iana.org/assignments/http-status-codes/http-status-codes.xhtml where status codes are not linkable and don't have descriptions.

That's really sad, that they are no longer linkable 👎
An official entity of the web like IANA and they don't support linking. Boooh!
