The CI takes goreleaser --snapshot on average takes 1m27s.

The same command (after cleaning modcache and ~/go), takes 16-20 seconds on my 2.3 GHz 8-Core Intel Core i9 MacBook 2019 w/ 32 GB RAM.

Are they really that slow?

I guess this is as fast as it gets.
