Installation Issue

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed on Windows 7 with VS 2012 and VS 2010
2. Both VS 2010 and VS 2012 fail upon start up and the error is "Exception has
been thrown by the target of an invocation"
3. Uninstalled xsd-to-classes, but didn't help.
4. Tried to run in safe mode, reset setting, reset to setup, re install the VS
service pack, etc nothing worked!
