Docs: mentions of config/autoprefixer.yml are no longer in the README

It seems like there aren't instructions or examples of how to configure AutoprefixerRails using config/autoprefixer.yml in the README. Looking at past versions it seems like they were removed in f97dab9 (v9.8.0?).

I was hoping to see how to enable autoprefixer's grid support. I eventually found it in the README for a past version (v9.6.0), and a passing mention about an ENV variable in the CHANGELOG.

I decided to keep the Grid option for JS plugin only since I want to deprecate the Rails version.

But if config/autoprefixer.yml works (I didn’t test it), feel free to send PR to docs.
