Upgrading the AKS cluster removes windows-exporter from the node

I upgraded my cluster's kubernetes version (Control Plan + Node Pools) and it looks like windows exporter stops running when the upgrade is complete.
It looks like the Powershell DSC extension gets deleted from the nodepool.
