Explicitly match `start` with `end` in `IClassLoggerFormatter`

Hi!
Thank you for your work, package is cool. Wonder, if there any possibility to explicitly match start with it's end in IClassLoggerFormatter?

Maybe it's acceptable to add something like uuid and pass it to start and end?
