Last merged commit was a year ago, the repository has 8 pull requests and 35 36 issues.

I'd like to use infinity in my project, but I'm not sure it's a good idea, considering it does not have any kind of support anymore…

I choose to not use it. AirBNB just created this repo, and then forgot about it.
There are better solutions, more maintained with support from the vendor itself. I come from angular so I`m aware about iScoll & NGScroller (which is part of NG-UI). These specific ones loads elements, instead of 'pages' like infinity. Better approach IMO

@neoswf I'm also using iScroll. How does one integrate something similar with it though?

what does iScroll has to do with performance? it's something else entirely

Ironic that now iScroll has also had no updates since September 2014 (shortly before the last comment in this thread)
