Display Answer text instead of Answer code

Right now, koordool uses the answer codes of "select one of many" questions. There is a tight length limit on them, and they can only be purely ascii.
So showing the actual text of the option would be helpful.
Hint: try the other options in the sHeadingType parameter to the export_responses API function.
