Rename `PG` resource to `PostgreSQL`

We should experiment on renaming the PG resource from PG to PostgreSQL.
From a user feedback:
CRD named PG has a really bad name. It’s not at all clear what it represents, while the other CRDs are named “Database”, “ConnectionPool”, “ServiceUser”.
