Aiven operator fails after upgrading to v0.9.0 from v0.4.0

Hi,
This is running on AKS with k8s 1.24.
Already removed namespace and all resources.
Re-added CRDs and waited. Deploying v0.9.0 helm chart will yield the following error
MountVolume.SetUp failed for volume "webhook-server-cert" : secret "webhook-server-cert" not found
and, after some time
Unable to attach or mount volumes: unmounted volumes=[webhook-server-cert], unattached volumes=[webhook-server-cert kube-api-access-bhsct]: timed out waiting for the condition
Any hints on what I may be doing wrong?

It seems cert-manager vanished from server. Sorry for the false alarm.
