Check if BlockBot preforms nmap scans

Check if BlockBot preforms nmap scans and remove it. This feature is in Trekbot.
Also remove the proxy-scan option from the config.

Updated TrekBot to allow for configurable proxy-scan feature. added [trekbot] section to the main 'config-dist' file. Fixing issues with git before pushing updates.

TrekBot updates pushed. TrekBot now checks the [trekbot] section of the main config file to see if proxy-scan is enabled or disabled. Did not modify BlockBot.

BlockBot updated an the proxy-scan entry has been removed from config-dist. You might want to remove it from your config now.
