  1. Collect protein sequence data from UniProt database. (March 24th)
  2. Build labeled dataset from FASTA files. (March 24th)
  3. Deep Learning Model design & implementation. (April 7th)
  4. Improve the model performance using optimization and hyperparameter tuning. (April 14th)
  5. Apply model to test set and collect results. (April 21st)
  6. Write final paper with reported results. (May 5th)
