Lagging Issue On the Live App

The issue happens in the version of the app that has been released on the Google Play Store. When the pronunciation is initiated using the TTS object, there is a delay of 3 to 4 seconds before the audio starts.
The same issue doesn't appear on the generated APK file.
Can someone explain why?
