Support Native Transport infantry and Native Sling cargo

Brief Description:
We should keep our transport logic but add
- Command mount infantry/Cargo
- Embark to transport command to infantry lua - UH-60 Mod still needs this
- Triggers to detect Cargo and Infantry arriving by native methods
How does it work:

Note We should support infantry arriving by either means but loading can be buggy because DCS embarking can get stuck
