Progression: Hide inactive objectives in F-10 updates

Brief Description:
The F-10 Options for each objective should be hidden if the briefing is hidden and then added once the objective is revealed
How does it work:
Definitely need a way of "Hiding" the options not needing to remove and re-create it as that sucks
Why can't it be done in the ME quickly:
