Brief Description:

• Minimise Lone Coalitions (Coalitions that don't have any supplier coalitions in each decade)
• Define Mandatory native Unit Families (MBT, Infantry, etc)
• Make sure each coalition has these mandatory units
• Make sure Coalitions can acquire all other reasonable unit families though suppliers

Planned fix:

• Fix odd situations (ie Belgium has no allies in Decade1940)
• Add operators for mandatory Unit Families(ie Israel has no infantry assigned to them)
• Create coalitions (ei Eastern Block) to represent supplier groups (ie Mexico would usually buy off US, NorthKorea off Russia and China, China starts western but moves to Russia post WW2)
