Hi,

Redmine 3.3 supports "Drag and drop order configuration for statuses, trackers, roles" feature but in your UI doesn't have it. Please check the default theme here:

It has enabled drag-and-drop to add the icon.
Please check with v1.2.2.

Fix a this bug.
Please check with minimalflat2 v1.2.2 and Redmine v3.3.
