Please add change lists support for cli-dns like in OpenAPI.
Currently, all the changes made with names and recordsets via cli are pushed automatically to prod. Changelist support would allow the creation of a temporal version of the DNS zone that someone can view visually and inspect in ACC (for the approval process). It would also enable usage of changelist diff before pushing the new version to prod.
