About the dataset (training and testing) for model training

Does the folder 'Kmeans' contain the dataset for training the model? If yes, how are you separating the training and testing dataset? If no, then could you please suggest from where the dataset can be downloaded? If it is https://scihub.copernicus.eu/, please guide me how to download from this site. Thank you.
