Make it possible to define env variable which points to password directory

Use should be able to define SALADIR (or equivalent) environment variable which would then point to a directory containing Sala passwords and encryption key. By default, if SALADIR is set Sala should use that directory as current working directory. If it's not set, it should default to current behaviour.
