Qustion about runing the code

Hello, thanks a lot for your open source about clustered federated learning, it's great work which helps me a lot. When I ran the code as the example shows, I met an error and I wanted to ask for help. I guess maybe the number of GPUs and use of ray caused the problem cause I just have a GPU but in config_dict there are 8 GPUs. When I set the 'virtualize' to False, it works but very slow.
