Delete or Edit Users

Describe the bug
Currently there doesn't seem to be a way to remove, edit, or delete users.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a user
2. Try to delete user

Expected behavior
From the Users page, there should be an option to edit and remove users.
