How can I set fix roll time?

I want to set fix roll time even images is added after that.
Ex:

  1. I have 5 images, with roulette options is {speed : 20, duration: 1,} , rouletted images take 5 secs
  2. I add 5 images, I want to set options that rouletted images take 5 secs no changes.

Please help me!
