I tried communicate between mscorlib and core after this MR #116 by @Blind-Striker

And its still not working correctly for Type

Repro here https://github.com/DaniilSokolyuk/Hyperion/tree/master, need run test CrossFrameworkSerializationTests.cs in netframework 472
