Add new Tab functionality does not work properly - DEV branch

  1. Tab order does not change tabs order. UI does not change after update
  2. After creation of the new tab, buttons belonging to other Tabs appear in all tabs

@oleitao , Thanks for adding functionality. However, I found numerous issues, which did not let the code to compile. Fixed them and uploaded to DEV branch. Please make changes on the dev branch.

Found some issues which I can not merge on the main branch.

Edit: Fixed AnswerDialog, AboutDialog showdialog logic

@oleitao , Added and improved About Window to main, dev and premain branches and pushed release as well.
Please get the latest changes from the dev branch
