Amazon EC2 & S3 for Caddisfly

Required for storage of coliforms images.
Currently generating over 600 images a day, that need to be tracked for various parameters.
Caddisly team would like to run a Postgres server on an EC2 instance & store the images on S3.
EC2 instance will run image analyses and report generation too. The team will probably push to S3 directly from a phone.
The storage and retrieval is only for the R&D phase, and not for the product.
