Remove mockups.akvo.org

I've made a mysql backup and backup of the directory.

Please remove mockups.akvo.org from the server, as well as the mysql database.
Mockups was created on WordPress by Adrian to give the partner team an initial idea of what the RSR results framework could look like. As it's no longer required, we no longer need to be maintaining this install.
