Date picker "Choose a date" closing instead of showing the little calendar

Describe the bug
When creating a task, or modifying one, clicking on the "Choose date" dialog, closes the whole dialog, instead of showing the little calendar. It shows it directly when clicked a 2nd time.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a task
2. Click on "Today" to set a date
3. Click on "Choose a date"
4. ... The dialog disappears
5. Click again on "Today"
6. It shows the little calendar to pick a date.

Expected behavior
The dialog should display the little calendar directly, instead of closing.
