Run analysis, including analysis report, when results_summary is on Azure

Currently analyse_gee_data can take an "input_container" argument to find the "results_summary.json" file on Azure, but the analysis report won't contain any RGB images.
Should try to make it seamless.
Also add support for specifying a results summary json file directly rather than an input directory, and allowing it to have a name other than "results_summary.json".
