Unable to load Buffout 4 NG

F4SE doesn't seem to want to load Buffout 4 NG for me:

...\steamapps\common\Fallout 4\Data\F4SE\Plugins\\Buffout4.dll (Error 126: failed to load MSVCP140_ATOMIC_WAIT.dll)

Buffout 4 does seem to work for me though despite this.

I'm on Linux and running MO2 (using this) so I'm wondering if this issue is specifically a conflict there.

It was suggested to me to try downloading the missing DLL and putting it with Buffout 4, and this didn't seem to resolve the issue either. It's also possible this is just a wine issue, maybe there's an additional package needed to be installed through wine I'm not aware of?

Sorry if its too late but try to install the needed library that provides MSVCP140 using protontricks
