Some images do not render

For some of my notes, the image thumbnails do not appear any more. Instead this is what I see:

I'll need a lot more info here. The thumbnail images are locally stored, not remote images.
What you have screenshotted there does not appear to be the output from the Google Photos plugin.
Can you show the actual source? It should look like this, with a local JPG image:

Sorry for my late reply. I have this plugin setting:
I am not sure why it says google base URL. Should I change it?
