Numbers do not appear in converted pdf

The numbers to the right of the URL Title-Link (1. and 2. indicated below) are do not appear in the
converted PDF.

Example Markdown -- source:

  1. My Title1 for Link source: source_name1 time: some_date1

  2. My Title2 for Link source: source_name2 time: some_date2

In generic Markdown Readers they appear without issue.

Why don't they appear after conversion?
