buttons don't work

Hi I have downloaded game files and it loads but after it opens the menu is useless I cannot click on anything on the bottom row. Can only click menu on top left. Am playing on a Sony xperia tablet.

I've never seen this before, but I'll leave it open in case anyone else experiences it.
