Is it possible to click on the scrollbar to scroll?

Hi, great work with Optiscroll, as the title say, is it possible to scroll on mouse click on the scroll bar if it is allways visible? (forceScrollbars: true)

Write now that feature is not implemented. But I'm happy to accept contributions 👍
