Strange value in the summary report time axis

In OSVOS-Scribble, an interaction with a sequence that has the average number of objects like soapbox takes around 75 seconds (as can be seen here). However, in the summary report the average time for the first interaction is around 45 seconds (here). Shouldn't it be around the same time as a sequence with the average number of objects? The time axis seems to be proportional to the average number of objects as can be seen here
