starting 2023-03-06, Twitter onion service TLS certificated expired, and it is no longer possible to connect to it with TorBrowser at all.
There appear to be no willingness to bring it back online, so it was removed from TorProject onion service list (see also this ticket)

I also saw that the Twitter onion site has an expired certificate
