Mention graph elements in comments

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Users should be able to mention graph elements in their comments (e.g. writing @node should open a popup with a searchbar where users can select the node they want to mention). This should be possible for nodes, components and edges.

Maybe then that part of the graph can also be annotated in the screenshot added to the comment.
